largest number of twin cities. And with good reason. The
international relationships have historically played a significant
role in the development of Aalborg.
The goals is that Aalborg also in this millenium will be a city
marked by foresight - and vision. A city guests happily pays visits
to and the citizens are happy leving and working in.
A city like that will require to continully strengthen its
connections with the world and can not entirely base its
development on the opportunnities in the local and regional area.
It is the city of Aalborgs task to help secure that the
